The CEMS counseling department continues to recognize what a stressful and challenging time this is for our community. We are thinking of you all and want to support you as best we can. We continue to be available to parents and students during the time away from school.  We will continue to adapt and adjust this plan as we move forward.

SELF-CARE CHALLENGE
We have heard from some students about their bingo board success! Please keep us in the loop with your experiences! Students or parents can email us at the addresses below. Click here to find the board and share with your child(ren). We hope your family is finding this activity helpful.

CEMS COUNSELING DEPARTMENT COMMUNICATION
CEMS social workers and school counselors are available during distance-learning school hours (9:00AM-2:30PM) via email. The purpose of email will be to offer resources, support academic planning, social/emotional learning and general check-ins. Please note that we are not able to offer mental health counseling or crisis management via email.

If any family is in need of mental health crisis management, please consult with existing community providers such as the state crisis line (774-HELP), dial 211 or access your local police department and medical providers. These resources are there for you 24/7.
